The same batch of quince we pressed and fermented for Ile Sauvage and Temporal. Turned into our own cider blend.

Bottle pour at Threefold. Pours clear gold with a white head. Nose is a bit of a blend of quince and apple juice. Flavour has tart quince, apple skins, some champagne yeast, and lingering, pungent sweaty quality that is not very pleasant. Overall it's a bit disappointing for Twin Island.

Slight haze. Light quince and apple notes. Fairly tart. Not bad, but a bit odd.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a clear pale golden, no head. Nose has lots of musty barnyard funk, dry apple skins, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence — lots of sweaty armpits. Flavour is full of sweaty armpits, some bitter astringency, and weird musty apples. Seems like something went wrong here. Unusual for Twin Island.
