A classic ale base, hopped with traditional German hops. We used a Brett yeast blend for secondary fermentation, adding a touch of farmhouse funk and pronounced pineapple aromas. Finished with orchard-grown pears, apples, and cantaloupes from Field House Farms.

Pale, opaque. Nice bretty aroma. Medium tartness. Okay melon notes. It's a bit sharp in the finish, but it's decent.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some melon, wild yeast, and some hay. Flavour is rather sweet, with melon, sugars, moderate acidity and a touch of brett. Too acidic and jumbled. Meh.
