The award winning Warmouth is a hazy IPA that uses an obscure yet delicious yeast blend developed by the Bootleg Biology. This unique blend of fruit-forward yeasts works extremely well with aromatic hops and also provides a unique dry and spicy character not found in your run of the mill NEIPA.

Warmouth won a silver medal in the category Hazy IPA/NEIPA at the Dutch Beer Challenge 2022.

Every batch features a different hop combination.

(Draught at Café DeRat, Utrecht, 14 Aug 2025) Cloudy yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with mango, pineapple, grapefruit and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of mango, grapefruit, pineapple, pine needles, resin , white bread, a touch of clove and a generous citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.

Dark orange color, small white head. Slightly woody, tropical fruit aroma. Medium-bodied. Apricot, citrus, slightly sharp fruity flavor. Not very refreshing. BB 06/2026
