The brethren providethed. Opaque amber. Foamy white head thins out. Aroma had warming but not overly sweet honey, with floral notes and a sour edge. Flavourwise this is somewhat sour and boozy. Hoppy with a vinous edge. Spice. And underlying sweetness. Booze. Light. Thin to slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation is relaxed. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Warming stuff.
