V bývalé obecní šatlavě vaří pivo pod značkou Šatlavar domovarník Zbyněk Kubín. Ponurý sklep nám byl inspirací, když jsme společně vařili tenhle stout. Temný jako duše zdejších hříšníků a suchý jako jejich humor před rozsudkem. Vychutnej si zážitek plný výrazných sladových tónů – mléčné čokolády, oříšků a jemného kakaa. Ta zemitá hořkost s jemnou pražeností udělá hluboký dojem. Jako když zaklapne mříž a při svitu svíčky listuješ knihou hříchů.

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren. Black coloured, medium sized beige head, coffee and light cocoa in the nose. Roasted malt, coffee, cocoa, notes of chocolate and light grassy with bitter finish.

Can from somewhere in ČR. With Hrabren and Ogi. Misty dark brown body, off-whtie head. Sharp raisins, bit metallic in the aroma, light chocolate. Fine enough. Lean dry taste, chocolate and dark berries, smooth, low roast. Actually a decent stout!

0.5 l can thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Dark brown to black, medium beige head. Aroma is burnt toasted, toasted nuts, burnt rubber. Medium body, burnt and dark chocolate aroma, bitter, quite harsh. Smooth, soft carbonation, dry finish, bitter and slightly astringent.

Tap at Brutal Assault. Med-full body, med-high carbo. Med-high bitterness, roasty, with lots of coffee, a bit of cocoa. Light roasty astringency. Low sweetness, quite dry. Med-light grassy earthy hops character. Drinkable, flavourful, good. Classic stout.
