Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a cloudy peachy pink. Aroma brings out tart plum upfront, with light acidity, and medium honey nectar. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart plum, some pithiness, and lightly sweet honey nectar. Nice use of plum, but it's also a bit earthy and pithy. Solid.
