Pale yellow. The aroma is quite candyish, actually. It's pale. It's light, off-dry, with a mellow apple. I don't necessarily see much in this - too eating apple, not bringing much to the table.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2024 vintage). Clear pale blonde with quickly dissipating white head. Soft sweet apple, simple, basic, okay.

750mL bottle, pours a clear colour with a small white head. Aroma is faint, with light champagne-like effervescence and a touch of crisp apple skins. Flavour is mostly dry, but there is some gentle residual sweetness and light champagne-like effervescence. Very simple, clean, and has a nice sparkling quality. Decent but nothing more.

750mL bottle. Pours clear pale, pale gold. Clean, but fairly gentle apples on the nose. Flavour has clean, crisp apple. Some slightly tannic skins. It's clean, semi-dry. Nothing special, but still okay.
