An Imperial Pastry Stout with Brazilian Coffee from Samples Coffee Roastery and cinnamon.
"With our Barista Series, we collaborate with local coffee roasters to create something special. This time we teamed up with Samples Coffee. We selected this beautiful Brazilian Fazenda Coqueiro coffee from Mantiqueira de Minas region. We also added a touch of cinnamon to bring out that classic cinnamon roll vibe alongside the chocolaty, nutty and roasty coffee character."

Clear dark purple brown beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots of coffee, good roast, alcohol, some chocolate, whisky, maple syrup. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, salted caramel, sugary, sourish touch, some raspberry flavoured candy, gentle roast. Aftertaste: sugary, maple syrup, lots of caramel, some cinnamon, chocolate notes, very sweet, alcohol is really burning in the back of the throat, more coffee, nice roast, a bit spicy, very decent stuff!

Poured black in color, not much head.
Intense strong coffee aroma, love it. Flavor has cinnamon showing, coffee in the back and massive sweetness in the finish. Less sweetness and this would be a huge beer.
