Number three in our 2025 Digital Neighbourhood series is with Fort Lauderdale-based Orchestrated Minds Brewing. Jaime and Davy have been brewing up an array of styles to the highest quality since 2018, and it was great to work together on a DIPA full of tropical, citrus and stone fruit deliciousness from Citra, Motueka, Galaxy and Riwaka.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild haze on this slightly yellowish gold beer, the teeny tiny pale cream colour head lasts a teeny tiny amount of time. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine. Riwaka exoticness up front, which is a good thing because the other hops just stay in the background and do what they do. Fine but, another fine crop of Motueka is doing the rounds and it only comes through late on here. Light and semi dry finish. Nice brew but, a little thin and dry for Track.

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of ripe guava and papaya, passionfruit, lime. Taste of ripe tropical fruits, guava, papaya, passionfruit, grapefruit and lime, light piney bitterness. Full bodied, smooth.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of kiwi fruit and melon. Flavour of overripe pineapple and peach. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A solid and tangy DIPA.

Murky orange topped with a just off white cap that clings on as a swirl.
Nose is ripe tropicana, lychee, papaya, sweet edged malts, pineapple.
Taste comprises stone fruit, guava, mandarin, papaya, ripe melon, mango splash, pine resin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy DIPA if lacking a little Riwaka pissoi for me.
