It’s a Pilsner brewed in the traditional Czech way. With a fine selection of hops and malt from the Czech Republic. This beer is slightly sweet with malt forward characters coming through, toasted biscuit with a medium spicy and floral hop aromas coming through.

25 May 2025. At Roof of Africa, Windhoek. Cheers to Anke, Frank & Els!
Stone fruit, citrus zest, wet hay, leather (almost Lambic-like, as if wild fermentation passed by here?). Sourish citrus, apricot, bitter hay. Bitter, bit tart, acidic finish. Infected? Weirdly enough not that bad.
