Enjoy the honeyed sweet and sharp taste of fresh Pink Lady apples. Extending your pinky when drinking is optional.
On a winters day this matches perfectly to spicy and full-flavoured foods like a nice curry. On a hot day our Pink Lady Cider is lovely with some ice in the glass.

330ml bottle from Carrington Cellars, Katoomba. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of ripe apple flesh. Taste is sweet, fruity, ripe appley, with alittle skin, vanilla and some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, sweet acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
