We took our Crème Brûlée Maple Barrel Imperial Stout, jam-packed it with raw cacao, and let it infuse to absorb those pure delightful chocoholic flavours.

Panda at home, thanks to the Bearded Avenger, 07/11/2025.
Pitch black with a good sized dirty tan head.
Nose is dark malts, hint of maple syrup, dark chocolate shavings, tangy dried red berries.
Taste comprises dark malts, cacao nibs, molasses, brown sugar melt, tangy berry fruits.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light rising boost.
Solid complex impy stout with a fruit tang that helps balance what would likely have been something a little too sweet for my liking.

The stash the brethren provideth in bottled form. Inky. Thick foamy tan head. Aroma is boozy with rich dark chocolate and a berry edge. Plus maple sugary sweetness. Develops gravy notes. BFlavourwise there a mixture of dark rick chocolate, equally dark berries and sugar laden booze. Thick. Oily. Soft-average carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Noice.
