Draught keg at the Real Ale Classroom, Leicester city centre. Light golden and hazy with a thin whitish head. Sour and yeasty aroma with lemon, orange peel, sourdough, touch of clove, some rupe banana, i am not getting the mango. It's got an incredibly sweet taste for the style, although this is refreshing on a summer day. Candy sugar and boiled sweet, more lemon. Fades fairly quickly. Lighter body with heavy carbonation. Cloudwater have added their own twist to a classic style.

Keg at Cloudwater taproom, Bermondsey, London. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Wheaty, banana, yeasty, clove, spice taste, aroma is something similar. Pleasant enough if a little basic.

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A light hazed bright yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice big clove, spicy, light wheat, orange rind, nice spicy Belgian yeast. Flavour is composed of light wheat, flaked grains, spicy clove, orange rind, drying mineral finish. Palate is semi sweet z and crisp, spicy, highish carbonation. Good wit beir character.

Moderately hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is light breads, straw, mandarin, papaya, herb.
Taste comprises yeast esters, white peppery spice, grains, dusty hops, papaya, mandarin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a dusty hop spattering.
Solid.

Pours murky milky pale yellow gold with a decent white cap that fades to cling on to the glass. Loads of banana and clove with a subtle hint of mango adding sour notes. Really refreshing and fruity. Solid Hefe
