Gose w/ Dandelion, Spruce & Juniper, 10° Plato, 4.2% ABV. Česká kooperace. Spolupráca s pivovarom Sibeeria. Spoločne sme uvarili špeciálne Gose inšpirované divokou prírodou za humnami nášho pivovaru. Sviežo kyslý základ obohacujú púpavy, smrekové výhonky a borievka, doplnené štipkou koriandra a himalájskej soli. Originálne, jemne slané a korenisté pivo s výrazne bylinným profilom. Ideálny parťák na letný punkový piknik – v tráve a s výhľadom na hory.

Czech collaboration. Together with Sibeeria Brewery we brewed a special Gose inspired by the wild nature just beyond our brewery. A refreshingly sour base is enriched with dandelions, spruce tips, and juniper, complemented by a pinch of coriander and Himalayan salt. An original beer—subtly salty and spicy—with a bold herbal profile. The perfect companion for a summer punk picnic—on the grass, with a view of the mountains.

Tap at BGB. Hazy golden body, off-white head.Pine, spruce and juniper in the danky herbal aroma. Citric sour taste, sweetish, low spruce and juniper. Okay.

Surprisingly I liked this beer very much. Golden color with medium white head. Announced Dandelions, spruce tips, and juniper, coriander and Himalayan salt together with medium malty body were there very harmonious. For me best beer this evening.

Thin body, med-high carbo. Med-high sourness, clean lacto, with light lemony citric note. Lightherbal bitterness. Overall the herbing here is subtler than I'd like, but works. Med-light coriander, light spruce and juniper, hint of dandelion. Crushable.
