Hazy IPA w/ Early & Late picked Nelson Sauvin & Nelson Sauvin hop kief
A collab with Freestyle Hops, Neverendless Days is an experiment with time, as Nelson Sauvin hops exhibit distinct characteristics influenced by their harvest date. Early harvests tend to emphasize citrus and white wine notes, while later harvests develop more tropical fruit and dankness. Nelson Sauvin leans towards lemon, cantaloupe, and white wine flavors, while later picks bring out passionfruit, nectarine, and a more pronounced "dank" aroma. So in the spirit of exploration, we utilized both! Two sides of a hop coin, separated only by the calendar.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with tropical fruits, resinous hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, pleasant. On tap at Lupulus.
