Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Rich and smokey with a schweinhaxe association. Umami flavour, smoked malt, Iberico ham, coffee, soy sauce, roasted malt, not that peaty actually. More of a BBQ meets roast aroma. Medium sweet, moderate bitter. Fairly complex, a lot going on.
