Kölsch pours rich straw in color and brilliantly clear. Brewed with an heirloom German Pilsner base, a pinch of Vienna malt and Aramis and whole-leaf Hersbrucker hops. Each sip offers up lemon zest, wildflower and peppercorn with a rich, cracker malt finish.

It pours a clear straw gold with a finger of foam, good retention and lacing.
Smell is spicy almost noble hops, cracker malt, some lemon and light grass.
The taste is pretty nicely balanced with nice cracker malt character and a fine spicy hop presence. Light lemon with a bit of grass.
Light bodied but not watery, I would drink this again.
