750mL bottle at East Van Cider Fest 2026, pours a clear pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma has a wonderful mix of red grape skins, fresh strawberries, light cherry skins and dry apple skins. Flavour combines the best of strawberries and grape skins, with gentle cherries, and dry apple skins. Dry, funky, complex interplay of fruit. Excellent.

See through, raspberry iced-tea body. Quick soda spritz.
Super fresh strawberry nose, grass, rich grape skins, with a hint of bitter-tart cherry pits.
Taste is earthy, tart & slightly greasy cherry, over sharp & slightly funky floral apple. Developing apple tannins, bubblegum, watermelon jolly rancher, watery wine. Lower abv but it has some warmth. Residual tart apple & cherry funk with some rice sweetness.
Good if a little pedestrian.
