Bottle into a shaker showing translucent amber brown with half a finger of tanned white foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of raspberries and cream. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Light flavours of raspberries, moderately sour, and a strong bitterness.

Dirty amber red color. Beautiful sour raspberries and light oaky notes with big frothy off white head. Nice tart mouth, medium body with raspberries and cream creeping in the back. Not agrresskve fruitiness but very enjoyable. Smooth. Nice and balanced

Bottle at Societe with the RBWG 2018 crew. Juicy. Big brett tones. Lots of fruit. Not unlike NG Wild Sour. Really good.

Bottle pour at Societe, pours a dirty dark amber brown with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart raspberries, pithy notes, and oak. Flavour is quite fruity and tart, with pithy tart raspberries, light oak and red wine barrels. Quite complex, with very nice showcasing of the raspberries. Excellent.

Bottle - Nice light raspberries. Clear dark copper with no head. Soured raspberry and light oak and cocoa. Solid.

Bottle from the source. Reddish amber color. Nice aroma of dusty overripe berries and black pepper. Taste has berries lemon and funk. Very tasty.
