Collaboration with Other Half. A very pale wheat beer low in alcohol with light bread and clean lactic sour flavors. Brewed with cherries and cherry blossoms.

16 oz can poured into a willi becher. Canned 4/4/2017, consumed 5/28/2018. Clear reddish amber with light pink head. Aromas of cherries, raisins, dried currants, flowery notes. Tastes of cherries, flowery notes, tart notes, a little raisin and dried currant, a touch of alcohol. Light body with a dry finish. Held up pretty well for a little over a year.

Sample at Modern Times Festival of Funk 2017. Clear pinkish color. Floral cherry aroma. Taste starts sweet then lightly tart cherry pie. Nice.

16oz can from Craft Beer Cellar H street pours a translucent purple with a faint ring of pink head. Nose has cherry, cherry pie, cherry candies, cherry cough drops, a little vanilla. Flavor has a touch more complexity, although still plenty of cherry compote, strawberry wine, a little raspberry tea. Finishes slick and oily.
