Thanks to an unlikely harvest of peaches, we created this tart, Brettanomyces-fermented beer. A trove of vibrant aromas include blood orange, peach, and ruby red grapefruit. Its sour flavor stores notes of subtle clove, orange, and the peaches that we age it on for five months. Think of this beer as a toast to pleasant surprises.

Bottle from CW online store. It pours clear orangey - good with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is bright, zingy, orange sherbet, refreshers, massive juicy character, apricot, nectarine, orange peel, sweaty funk, brett and barnyard. The taste is crisp, dry, very, tart, puckering, juicy, zingy, massive sour peach, apricot, nectarine, orange sherbet, nip of acidity, sour candy, blood orange, pink grapefruit, lactic, refreshers, funk, barnyard, Brett and dry wood with a dry, fruity finale. Medium body and lively, effervescent carbonation. Exquisite. Great balance and depth. Lovely.

Draft at Modern Times Festival of Funk 2017. Nice aroma of overripe peach. Taste is softly sour stone fruit. Very tasty.
