Dwellin’ in the Deep is what happens when Drekker & Sojourn Fermentory dive headfirst into the flavor abyss and make friends with the creatures down there. Brewed with premium pilsner malt, flaked wheat, chit, and spelt, this one’s soft, pillowy, and ready to pull you under. We double-KRUSHED it with Krush & Krush Cryo hops (plus Belma & Pink) for a mythical flavor blast of white peach, strawberry kiwi candy and lime zest. It’s smooth, strange, and possibly cursed—in the best way. Nessie approves. Or at least… we think that’s what the ripple meant.

Passion fruit and grapefruit peel. Lots of green onion hop tang as usual with Drekker. Tap at Brew Birds.

Can shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus with a growing and a bit of sweet grains underlying. Flavor is similar with dank citrus and mango with some melon and sweet grains backing.

Pours a hazy, honey-lemon color, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors follow, with some astringency to the finish. Mouthfeel is soft, though maybe a touch thin. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

Aromas are mainly resin with some citrus, mint, celery and other herbs. Flavors are similar to nose with citrus standing out and other stuff receding. Good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Good drinking beer.
