Sample courtesy of Cheeseboard, cheers Simon! Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, sugar, gluey funk. Taste is sweet & tart, appley, with solventy funk, cardboard notes, and some light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. OK.

Bag in box at the standing order. Pours golden yellow, nose is funky, apple, oak, taste is dry, tart apple, little sour.
