Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is very floral and herbal with faint phenolics and esters. Light malt notes. Very floral with yarrow notes and other flowers. Light herbal and spicy notes. Pours a slightly hazy, orangish copper with a medium large, thick, slightly tan head that recedes slowly to the edges where it lingers. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with light grain notes. Medium bitterness. Light esters of red apple, pear and stone fruit. Moderate floral notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a very floral saison. The floral notes work for me but they could be off putting for others.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete drucken med ölföreningen. Tack Daniel! En gyllengul och väldigt kryddig saison. Massor av örter och höiga blommor men främst malört men också drag av finsk tjärpastill. Spännande och gott.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete drucken med ölföreningen. En gyllengul och väldigt kryddig saison. Massor av örter och höiga blommor men främst malört men också drag av finsk tjärpastill. Spännande och gott.

Bottle from Mongers. Pours a clear orange color with a large white head. A really big fruity nose. Toast, big tropical fruit, herbal, soft, peaches, sugary soft fruit. Very flavorful. Lovely.

Bottle with Blipp, BeerandBlues2 and t0rin0. Hazy golden color white head. Aroma of herbal hay and mountain meadows. Taste is dusty peppery herbal. Nice.
