From tank at Brewhemia, Edinburgh. Sweetish grainy malts with notes of straw, lightly grassy hop. Light to mild bitter, light sweet. Easy.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy pale golden body with a medium white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of chalky lemon and Rich Tea biscuit. Flavour of grain, rice cake and lemon. Thin body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A tasty Lager that would be even better with a bit more carbonation. It would be good to see this made as available as the likes of (the inferior) Innes & Gunn’s Lager.
