Baltic Porter - dark, strong lager which is Polish "treasure beer". Classic version of Baltic Porter (with Plato extract around 20°) is brewed with a few Polish breweries. We, as PINTA, respect a value of Polish treasure but at the same time we go extra mile to create our own vision of classical beer. We are proud to present Imperator Bałtycki (Baltic Emperor) - dark giant made of malts and hops. PINTA Imperator Bałtycki - festive beer.
Ingredients: water, Weyermann® barley malts: Munich I, pilsner, diastatic barley, Vienna, Caramunich® III, Caraaroma®, Carafa® Special I; sugar; hops (USA): Amarillo®, Ahtanum®, Centennial, El Dorado®, Mosaic™, Zeus; yeast: Saflager™ W 34/70.

Bottle 33 cl. Black with a creamy light brown head. Nice chocolate, licorice, dark fruit, some spices. Sweet with a warm chocolate and roasted end.

Ciemna barwa, piana gęsta beżowa, mocno zdobiąca szklankę. W aromacie suszone śliwki oraz gorzka czekolada. W smaku wyczuwalna lukrecja, intensywne nuty kawowe oraz czekoladowe. Nasycenie na niskim poziomie, alkohol dobrze ukryty. Moje ostatnie piwo w stanie kawalerskim.

330mL bottle, pours jet black with a medium beige head. Aroma is robust, with intense roasted malt, licorice, dark fruits and molasses. Flavour follows accordingly, with harshly roasted malt, followed by molasses, burnt caramel and licorice. Assertive flavour profile that is quite cohesive, but it does have some harsh edges. It's good, but overrated.

The colour is dark, almoat black. Strong roasted malt aroma and flavour, strong liquorice, salty, some sourness.

Bottle - Big roast, sweet barrel notes and dark fruit. It doesn’t say barrel aged, but I get a great amount of barrel complexity. Deep jet brown with a small light brown head. Bitter molasses and a nice bitter finish.

Dark brown, with a bit of haze. This is sweet, sugary, with a light smokey note. Soft, with burnt dates, some barrelly notes, and a whack of alcohol in the finish. Woody. This is a nice brew, assertive and honestly not that well balance or composed. But fun.

Bottle from Pivný raj Now this is meal, very drinkable for the voltage, full bodied, with significant raisins in aroma, tastes dried plum, raisins, medium bitter with nice warming alcohol. Lovely.
