750ml bottle pours a hazy orange gold with some clumpy, white head. Nose has hay, funk, grain, feet, cheese, lemon. Flavor has lemon, some vinegar, stone fruits, lemon. Tart finish. Solid.

Bottle at the DC RateBeer tasting. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of lemon citrus, funk. Tastes of apples, lemon lime citrus, funk, pickles. Light body with a dry finish. High carbonation.

Bottle at tasting. Golden pour. Aroma is Brett and acetic mix. Light apple, some herbal Brett, and acetic barrel. Earthy and musky. Flavor is tart, lemony with lots of tasty sparkling malts. Some light acetic touches. I want more Brett and less acetic barrel.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color fluffy white head. Aroma of dusty cobwebs. Taste is softly sour dusty overripe stone fruit. Tasty.

Refrigerated 75 cl green bottle poured into a cup. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is light passion fruit, medium body, lower carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is nice tart passion fruit.

Draft at ANXO Cidery & Pinxtos Bar for CBC 2017. Poured a kind of light hazy orange color, very vibrant. Nice medium sized, slightly fluffy, off-white head. Aroma was light tart cherries, cut strawberry. Wood presence is noticeable, and there’s a smooth vanilla character here.
