Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Dark gold. Moderate haze. Lively, fairly dense, just off white head. Nose has light, savoury smoke. Definitely a hint of the cherry wood. A little ashy. Hint of honey too. Taste is mostly dry, with a smoky sweetness. Light to medium body. Plenty of foamy carbonation. Light dry and light bitter finish. Decent enough, but needs more smoke.
