A collaboration beer between us and Fjaderholmarnas Bryggeri.
When Perra, the head brewer at Fjaderholmarnas, and I sat down, we brainstormed a bunch of wild ideas. Nostalgic for the past, we explored many forgotten beer styles and some unconventional brews. Ultimately, we landed on a sour IPA inspired by the late 2010s.
It’s not the easiest style to brew—changing yeast early in the process—but the results are fascinating.
The beer features a sour upfront character balanced by a rich, full body that challenges expectations. With over 7 grams of hops per liter, it’s a bold, hoppy, and in my opinion an excellent example of this lesser-seen style. Welcome back to 2010.

Pâle, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme est houbonné légèrement sur des fruits 'aigres' ponctué par des notes tropicales et agrumes - ananas, mangue et goyave.
Palais est malté, finement sur les agrumes avec une amertume latente - pamplemousse même une touche de mangue mais sur amertume, abricot sec et goyave.
