A collaboration with our friends from To The Gills Seafood in Oakville, CT. Shucks brings an oceanic twist to our lager program. Connecticut raised oyster shells are added to the boil to create a light salinity and minimality in the beer which melds with our house lager profile over nearly two months of cold conditioning.

Undated can drunk 8/17/25.
Clear, blonde-brass with a big, fluffy, white head.
Rich mineral, probably moreso than usual for the style, with good yeast quality and lots of herbal notes from the hops. Rich, honey and biscuit from the malt but ending properly snappy/crisp/clean.
Rich and malty with a big body for the style, though it isn't sweet. More doughy/biscuity. Strong sourdough and huge mineral with lingering herbal hop notes carrying a moderate amount of bitterness. Rich, flavorful, balanced and satisfying.
