Draft at the Charlotte airport. Pours a mostly clear gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Caramel, overripe orange and lemon aromas on the nose. More of the same on the palate. Grain and orange zest and mild grapefruit notes as it warms. Toasted malt and citrus on the finish. Strong pine and citrus pith on the finish. Can. Press hazy golden butterscotch, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is pine, a bit vegetal, caramel. Flavors is light plus sweet, light plus bitter, blandish, but not bad. Medium body.

Draft at Workman’s friend. Clear amber color, medium white head. Aroma of earthy citrus. Taste is lightly bitter grapefruit. Tasty. Extra appearance point for brewinng a clear IPA.
