Strong, whisky-accented mixed ferm Stout brewed with molasses and matured in wood for two years. Whisky and dried fruit with coffee and dark chocolate notes on the nose develop and expand into treacle toffee, smoky coffee and dates, with fruity brett funk appearing in the form of sour cherries and blackcurrant.

On keg at the Paisley craft beer festival. Appearance - black with a thin tan head. Nose - chocolate, toffee, nuts. Praline, leather and wood. Blackberry. Taste - more blackberry, chocolate, molasses, toffee, hazelnuts with a woody backdrop. Palate - medium to full bodied. Dry, balanced finish. Overall - there's a lot going on. Seriously complex!

Keg at the Paisley craft beer festival. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of chocolate, toffee, nuts. Toblerone! Fruity and tangy taste. Really good gear. A lot going on.
