Our first communal brew day! A cacophony of jam flavours were added to a Brazilian-style fruited sour. We then added some extra cherry puree to add more layers of fruit.
Refreshing, zingy, and great with good weather!

The brethren provideth. Pale ruby red. Slightly opaque with suspended sediment. It's lively. Frothy foamy white head. Aroma is tart. Fruity. Vinous. Pithy. Sour. Tart with it. Fruity but not particularly jammy. But sherbert. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. It's tart yet somehow overly polite. Drinkable but underwhelming.

Bottle at home, mild gusher. Pours hazy orange, nose is cherry, raspberry, lemon, funk, taste is zesty juicy fruit, funky, sharp finish. 7/8/8/8/7
