Draught @ the brewery (Nov 2025). Cloudy lemon yellow with a very small frothy off-white head, faintly acidic citrus aroma, high carbonation, mildly bitter lightly salty citrusy taste with oyster flavor, thin body, long finish. Very interesting saison.

Keg at the brewery. Pours clear golden, nose is floral, citrus, vanilla, taste is salty, lemon, tangerine, floral, vanilla. 7/8/8/8/7
