Leaning into the changing seasons, Southern Tilt Red IPA bursts with flavours of stewed stone fruits, juicy mandarin, and zesty citrus peel. A caramel sweetness and biscuity malt backbone keep it grounded, while a mist of tangy grapefruit bitterness leaves a dry, refreshing finish.

Can. Dramatic dark red with a good cm of beige head. A wafty top note of grapefruit drifts over the top of stewed fruit, dark sugars and bread. Less sweet than guessed with tropical and peppery notes joining the grapefruit at a pointed bitter end. As ever, the hoppy amber is hard to pull off but it's good when it works.
