32oz growler filled at State Line Liquors. I have been shipping this for hours tonight. The pour is beautiful, these fruit beers generally are. Deep purple-red-garnet color with a loud pink/purple foamy head. The head makes lots of noise and settles into a thick halo lacing and moderate surface coverage in my Cares Bruegel Gueuze 25cL lambic tumbler. Beer glows in the light and clear against the light but generally too dark to see through on its own. Aroma is moderately strong on, what else but, berries. Sharp raspberry puree, tingling berries on the nostrils. Earthy deep berries with tartness. The first sip had me coughing with the sharp carbonation but with time that was reduced. Flavor isn’t sour but a tart and drying beer with lots of natural moderate raspberry. Berry starts off first and quickly dies into a drying, woody, bretty beer that leaves me wanting more. Very much fruit focused, not sour, just wild but a nice tart and drying end to the beer. $14 for 32oz seems fair and I got to slowly enjoy this all night.

NYC Beer Week Expo: Pours bright maroon with a white head. Aroma is fresh raspberries and tons of them, light vinegar and sugar in there as well. Taste is more raspberry. Somewhat sour. Extremely tart. Lightly sweet. Very nice.

Sample at Brewvival. Clearish pinkish red color, light pink head. Nice aroma of overripe raspberry. Taste has softly sour raspberry, lemon, dry finish. Very tasty.
