A delightful beer for frightful weather. Dark, sweet, boozy and overloaded with roasted malts, this invigorating imperial stout was aged on Jim Beam bourbon barrel oak for three months. Beijing's own Daxiao Coffee supplied the Yunnan coffee beans added during conditioning, which come through in strong notes of chocolate, mocha and vanilla.

Can crowler fron Jing-A Wangjing, Beijing. Black, small head. Generous aroma of dates, chocolate, vanilla and coffee. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Lots of espresso, dark berries, caramel and chocolate, some bourbon. Mid bitter finish.

Black, big cold brew coffee, dark chocolate and roast. Just what it should be. Decent and a nice night finisher.
