Welcome Rock is a single IPA inspired by the pristine landscapes surrounding our friends at Garston Hop Farm. Pouring a sunny yellow color with peaks of sticky white foam, Motueka in all its single-hop glory bursts from the glass. Notes of lemon jam, limeade, and plump blueberries float above its soft profile, fading into a dry, subtly herbal finish. The passion of these farmers and the surreal terroir they cultivate has made a lasting impression on how we view our craft. We hope this beer is a window into the world of New Zealand’s unique agriculture.

Pours a hazy, peach-lemon, with mid-sized head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors follow. Soft mouthfeel. Mild to moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

Charlton draught, 8/30/25.
Heavily hazy, milky golden. Small, white head.
Very fruity with tropical fruit salad, coconut, pineapple and some herbal spice. Earth, mineral, hint of sulfur. Very dry malts showing sparse cracker. Clean.
Bright and vivid tropical fruit salad with pineapple, cherry, sweet lime and coconut. Big herbal spice and a soft, lightly crackery maltiness. Bit heavy-handed on the herbal spice and the malts are somewhat dull.
