Bottle bought in Sapporo. Contains chestnuts, wheat, and lactose. Muddy brown-pink color. Looks terrible. Tall head seems to indicate an infection. Fruity nose of citrus, caramel, light chestnut. Dry flavor, definitely an infection. Malty, caramel, chocolate. Sweet mid-palate and then a very bitter and dry finish. Not fermented properly.
