On a light sour base, we’ve loaded in Korean Hallabong juice and yuzu to create layered citrus aromas. Subtle floral notes from fermentation blend seamlessly with a zesty bite, awakening your senses for the warmer season.

The first sip begins with gentle carbonation, followed by the vibrant Hallabong and yuzu character that fills your palate. A clean, refreshing tartness closes out the finish, leaving a bright lingering sensation that invites you back for more.

Frothy white fair mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy strong yuzu aroma. Light bitter flavor. Some yuzu notes. short light bitter finish. watery palate.

ZincFest2025. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, herbal and some mild nectary tones. Flavour is fruity, nectary, some mild tartness and a bit berries to it also. Nice sipper, and enough dry to make you long for the next sip quite quickly.
