This beer is a hazy reddish-pink color with a thin off-white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Aroma of watermelon, wheat and malt. Light to medium body with a candied watermelon character and notes of herbal yeast and doughy malt. The finish is vinous and fruity with a melon aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sour aroma, plum color. Slightly sweet watermelon flavor, followed by intense acid sourness and tartness, with a dry, wine-like finish. Sour aftertaste. Could use more sweetness to balance.

Draft. Hazy pink color, light pink head. Nice watermelon aroma. Taste is softly sour melon and citrus, surprisingly complex yet very easy drinking.
