Do sklenice namícháme zralé mango, čerstvou limetku. Okraj sklenice obalíme v soli, navrch poprašek růžového pepře. Nebo jenom sáhneme do lednice pro Chrousta.
Mix ripe mango and fresh lime in a glass. Wrap the rim of the glass in salt, sprinkle pink pepper on top. Or just reach into the fridge for the Chroust beer.

Thin body, high carbo. Classic gose with rather high sourness, mostly clean lacto, but some lime in there too. Overall the flavourings are restrained, in a good balance. Everything works and it still feels beery. Nice. Crushable.

Tap at Symbiont. Murky orange body, off-white head. Lactic, slightly spicy citric aroma. Citric juicy taste, sourish, simple but effective. Maybe a bit too dry, but works well. Good job!
