16 oz. Aroma has notes of tropical fruit, strawberry, bread, funk. Pours a murky yellowish hue with a one finger white head that falls into a ring somewhat quickly. Taste is light to moderately bitter with crisp, clean flavors. Less sweet than is typical of a lot of NEIPAs, which is a good thing.

The aromas are grapefruit pith, cut grass, dry straw, and dust. Flavors are like nose, Nice mild balance up front of sweet, bitter and carbonation with slightly growing bitter in the finish. Good body. Juicy beer.

Can. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has earthy citrus and growing mango with a touch of papaya and sweet grain underlying. Flavor has a bit more bitter citrus supported by light mango, papaya and a touch of sweet grains.

Can (7/22/20) pour from Fort Point Market. Appearance is opaque light brown-dark yellow with light sparkle at the edges of the glass, thin cap of ephemeral white head fading to a ring and trace lacing. Aroma is strong fruit and much milder hint of herbs. Taste is fairly strong nondescript sweet fruit with mild herb (that grows as it warms), faint grains/cracker. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft-to-average carbonation, mild alcohol warmth and lightly bitter lingering finish. Overall, decent all around but not extraordinary.

Quite hazy, very light golden coloured body with a fairly thin, single centimetre tall tan head that fades fast, but the raw honey glow and 75 per cent opacity are nice on the eyes. Aroma of great citrus, lime, passionfruit, guava, dragonfruit and pineapple notes - very pungent and juicy in a great way. Light to Medium-bodied; Very strong sweet and juicy notes with a lot of grass, hay and flowers towards the end, but the hop notes (minus the bitterness) are very strong. Aftertaste shows the clean malts, light bitterness from the strong hops (sort of an oxymoron) and relatively strong, slightly sweet tropical fruit note with a good kick of light perfume at the very end that draws out the complexity. Overall, a very nice floral and especially tropically fruity IPA that is low on bitterness, but high on flavours, especially sweet notes, while staying light on alcohol. Good to sample, especially fresh and a good option for the style, if you can find it! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 12-June-2020 for US$5,66 sampled at my house here in Washington on 03-July-2020.
