Mashed with local barley, wheat and rye courtesy of @riverbendmalt of Asheville, North Carolina. Fermented with our mixed house cultures in one of our big beautiful oak foeders, impeccably crafted by our friends at @foedercrafters of St. Louis, Missouri. Blended with an additional saison fermented exclusively with brettanomyces claussenii yeast and fermented inside the bottle and kegs with the same yeast.

This delicate mixed-culture saison is exactly the beer we’d like to crush errday. Boasting a complex body and a bone dry finish, errday offers a beautiful minerality and soft acidity that dances on the tongue. With aromas of tropical fruit, hay and barnyard funk, this little beer is truly the perfect errday drinkin’, mixed-culture crusher.
..
Historically packaged exclusively in 1.5L magnum bottles, we are beyond thrilled to now offer this brewery favorite in a green bottle, 12oz 4 pack.

FLN, a delicious amount of funk and flavor for a table beer.

Magnum thanks to Porsche. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is mineral, lemon zest, oak, dill, floral. Thin body, citrus, grass, dill, strong tartness, very good.

Draft at Edmund’s Oast. Cloudy pale yellow color. Floral lemon lime aroma. Taste is lightly tart earthy almost dank herbs cobwebs and spice. Delicious.
