Lilith is a bourbon barrel-aged porter with a bold and indulgent profile. At its heart lies a rich malt base, brimming with toasty flavours of chocolate and caramel. The bourbon barrels lend layers of smooth vanilla and warm oak. Before canning, we infused it with orange peel and vanilla beans, adding a bright citrusy twist and creamy depth to this decadent brew. A brew fit for an evening around a mountain campfire after a long ride on your trusty steed!

355mL can, pours black with a monstrous tan head – that hint at an infection. Aroma definitely showcases a brett infection, with lots of sourness and brett funk that takes over anything else in here. Flavour is definitely infected, with lots of brett, vanilla beans, and tartness. Carbonation is excessive, definitely a function of the infection. Not a disastrous infection, but obviously severely messed up.

355mL can. Pours very dark brown with a large foamy beige head. Tons of Brett on the nose, with some dark chocolate in the background. Flavour also has a ton of Brett, some dry malts and dark chocolate, but they're really pretty smothered. This is a pretty egregious Brett infection, tastes very Quebecois.
