Blonde Ale brewed with Passionfruit.

Fruity and semi-tart with vibrant passion fruit character. A blonde ale that blends easy-drinking charm with bright, tangy flair.

What started as a small batch taproom exclusive inspired from a trip to Puerto Rico has grown into one of our most requested beers, right up there with Mermaid, Queen, and Luminara.

With every batch, we’ve made subtle tweaks to bring this beer closer to the vision I had from the start. Today, I’m proud to say this is the most delicious batch of Iron Gold to date. Enjoy!

16 oz can shared by tfontana, ty Tom. Aroma is bread like malt with mild lemon. Flavor follows with a decent lemon-like character. Although now I know it’s passion fruit. Light body and lots of lingering fruit.

Can from Steve. Hazy, bright golden yellow with no sparkle, nice head, poor retention, nice lacing. Aroma is strong pale malt and passion fruit, lemon pith. Taste follows aroma. Frothy, thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Passion fruit adds interest. Easy drinking summer beer.
