ABV: 5.5% IBU: 40 Ticks: 1
All the pungent aromas you love from your hoppy ales paired with the clean and crisp profile of horizontally lagered Pils. A collision of two beer worlds: one built on aromatic hops from the Pacific Northwest of the United States and one defined by the gentle, crackery malt character and clean fermentation of European Pilsners.
This 5.5% abv beer was fully krausened using actively fermenting Goldfinger Pils to carbonate the beer after a substantial dry hop.
This beer is an amalgamation of Goldfinger’s classic lagering techniques and contemporary hopping practices to present a uniquely aromatic and delightfully modern take on lager.

Color here is gold heading toward Amber, creamy white head. Smell has the PNW pine rasin, papaya and citrus fruit. Taste is much bigger on hops than its started IBU would have you think. Very nicely bitter, then some tropical fruit up the side. Yet it keeps a dry finish. A lot of lace stays behind on the side of the glass. Hoppiness kind of requires you o drink this slowly. Just regret they didn't do a slow pour like their regular pills.
