Can at home picked up from HOTM. A light hazed pale straw, gold, with a fading white froth. Aroma is sharp lemon, yuzu, salt, prickly citrus, chalk, Flavour is composed of chalky, mineral, light wheaty grains, bit watery, Flavour is composed of prickly yuzu, grapefruit, pinch of salt. Palate is slightly watery, light tart, prickly carbonation. Not bad.

440ml can. Cloudy pale yellow, white head. Aroma of yuzu juice, wheat, bready malts. Taste follows, tangy sweet and sharp yuzu and lemon juice, bready wheaty malts. Very light and very fizzy.
