DDH Grassman (Galaxy & Mosaic) is a DDH Honey Double IPA. Grassman has long been one of our absolute favorites from waaayyy back in the BrewCafé catalog, with this iteration updated with that heavy duty secondary dry hop we all know & love =) Brewed with soft 'n' fluffy oats and local wildflower honey, and fermented with our expressive house ale yeast. Dry hopped aggressively with Citra and Nelson Sauvin from our selections in Washington and New Zealand, then secondarily dry hopped with mountains of Australian Galaxy and US Mosaic. 8.3% ABV. Notes of freshly squeezed tangerine, honeydew sorbet, sweet mango nectar, lychee gummies, and lots & lots of, uh, grass, man.

From the Stacks stand. Ripe melon, pineapple, honey, cheese, white onion. Sweetish pineapple, peach, dough. Bitter citrus pith, stone fruit. Fluffy texture. Nicely fruity and dry.
