Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
On tap at Stillwell Freehouse. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Semi-sweet nose with some musty apple skins. Flavour has semi-sweet apples, gentle tartness, and a bit of must. A bit of mealy apple becoming more prominent near the end. Not super exciting, and I'd like it a bit drier, but the qualities of the apples come through well. Nicely done.
